Positive: I had a train to catch and wasn't getting conveyance. I was helped by the people at the hotel to hail public transport. And the gentlemen from the hotel who were with me were willing to pay for this service from their own purse. The young ( and old) men and women helping run this hotel are sweet and considerate. They make this hotel what it is. Thank you :-)
