Summary: I stayed at this location twice during my vacation in Korea. Both stays were great over all but the second room was a bit less clean and not enough amenities such as a toilet paper and a tissue. However, every staff was still kind and very attentive with guests’ needs. Thank you very much and I would like to stay here again for my next visit.

Summary: Comfortable hotel with friendly staff and great housekeeping. Traffic to and from hotel to city center was VERY busy so if you stay here, make sure to leave early and be patient :)

Summary: I recommend Jojo at the concierge stand. It’s very nice very helpful. The front desk wasn’t so helpful. The Bell Grove was happy and nice the first day but then the next day they wouldn’t help me with anything. I don’t know why this is a huge resort owned by a huge company. It’s a lot like going to Disneyland. The food was decent downstairs, but the upstairs restaurant on the 32nd floor was absolutely amazing. The staff in the meal was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 68. I’ve been to every five star restaurant in the world. I absolutely love that restaurant and the staff I highly recommend recommended.
