Summary: 1. Requested for 1-day early check out and staff requested to call hotels.com. After agent called them and at the time of checkout, only the staff told me that there will be no refund due to 3-days cancellation policy. Could have told me this the first time I request to check out earlier, instead of letting me going through all these hassles only for nothing. Poor service. 2. Laundry service is bad. Fragrance smells bad (dried under high heat while it is too wet). Some of the clothes still have staples and markers attached which could hurt.
