Positive: Great ski school, a beautiful and spacious room, and really nice onsen.

Negative: I think they need to do something about the food and restaurant services. The plate restaurant is fine and does the job, but the asahi japanese restaurant has some extremely bad service, which you dont usually see in japan.

Summary: Great location and facilities. The food leaves a lot to be desired.

Positive: Good facilities and is very clean and well maintained.i especially like their Japanese cuisine breadfast.

Negative: I find it strange both dinner and breakfast buffet they didn’t provide any paper tissue or wet tissue unlike other onsen hotel in Japan.

Positive: Room very spacious and very clean. The hairdryer available was very high end. Dyson and Panasonic. The shower was very spacious. As it was still during low season (November 20-22) it was not crowded at all, which made it very comfortable. Having a kids room was great to entertain the kids.

Negative: I guess the downside of low season is that many services and facilities are closed and not available. Example: Business center, Coffee shop, Bakery. Also the selection/variety at the breakfast is more limited than “in season”. The TV remote in the room said “Netflix” but the TV was not connected to the Wifi. So, having some TV entertainment options for the kids would have been good.

Summary: Great room. Super clean. Loved the kids playroom. Not crowded.
