Positive: I loved the onsen and how peaceful the place was!

Negative: I thought their expensive breakfast buffet would have different cuisines since it's an almost 5-star hotel but it's pretty much the same as the other Japanese hotels buffet breakfast.

Positive: Hotel's facilities... good for family trip :)

Negative: staffs... the service were very good but many of them can't communicate good English. The breakfast should be more variety as the guests who stay in the hotel I believe they mostly stay more than 2 night so, the hotel should change some menu for the breakfast should not provide exactly the same menu every day...

Summary: Overall, the hotel and service was great, we were really enjoy and will go back again next year :)

Positive: Beautiful place to stay lots to do in the resort it was nice to just wake up and sky my son was excited to see snow for the first time this place offer things to do for kids and at night time it was beautiful just to relax in the peaceful atmosphere

Positive: Very lush, this was a really nice experience but of course, that comes with a cost. Everything was exceptional the room was stunning, facilities great, not to mention the skiing. Included breakfast had everything you could possibly want, catering to all tastes :-)
