Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Onsite owners were very friendly and easy to contact. It was reasonably close to town and main roads to go across the island. The house was spacious and although there were other houses nearby is is designed to have your own privacy.

Negative: Unless you are familiar with the with the local area it can be hard to find especially at night. signage is a real problem in Samoa in general so not particular to this location. Found it with the help of locals.

Positive: Nearby shops and markets were just down the road. Late checkout was accepted but had to pay an extra $130.00 even though check in time was not at 4pm as stated.

Negative: - We were turned down an early checkin so we turned up at 4pm to find that they were still cleaning and asked us to come back in an hour, which was inconvenient as our family were very tired coming back from Savaii. - there were no extra sheets or towels provided. - Knives in the kitchen were all chipped and could not use properly. Utensils need to be updated eg no spatular provided - Batteries for Remotes for TV and air cons needed to be replaced as they always didn't work. - Instructions about the cash power were not clear as we went to all the shops on Lotopa Rd, and they did not sell cashpower. We were told to pay $40.00 per day which was not stated on the website or instructions. - After paying cash on arrival there was no receipt given. but when we left, we were told to pay another $50.00 as they had given us the wrong amount.

Summary: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, spacious and close to town, we would definitely stay again.

Positive: It was a quiet place with an excellent landlord, and the stores were not far away. The big clean house was right after the interior was refreshed.

Negative: All was great! Lack of WiFi and set up TV brought minor inconvenience because two little children needed for the cartoons). We solved the problem with sim cards.

Summary: Excellent house for the family or big companies.
