Positive: walk to beach was not too bad; pool was nice for the kids

Negative: This pertains to the downstairs apartment…smelled like dog disinfectant/bug spray. No amenities such as paper towels, lotion, tissues, no coffee cups, no silverware (had two sporks, one iced tea spoon, one butter knife). TV worked sporadically or not at all; mattress was hard like a rock; cooling could be better.
