Summary: Hotel was good and decent , only thing was that online it said dogs are allowed but when we got to resort with my dog they said it’s an extra 50$ per day he stays. I called ahead of time as well to ask about this and yet it still was an issue.

Summary: The room had a strong but odd odor. Many harmless house spiders in all corners of the room may really bother someone who doesn't like spiders. No soap in bathroom, no shampoo, no cups to even drink water. TV didn't work until someone finally came at 10 pm to reset it after several contacts and attempted contacts with front desk. We were told staff called in and the place was short handed. No one was at the front desk or answered calls. No ice working ice machine and the only vending machine was an unplugged and broken one that an employee said had been in that condition for a year and the door labelled "vending" should have been locked to keep guests from entering where the non-funtioning vending and ice machine were located. No coffee machine available anywhere or even in the room like many motel/hotels provide. There was othing major was wrong just a bunch of l small things mentioned above that could be improved on to make this a much more enjoyable place to stay. The grounds and buildings are in a beautiful setting and could be so much more if more staff and effort were put into place at this location. I thought the low price I paid for a night was a great deal until I experienced the shortfalls in all these other areas I mentioned. I don't think I will stay at this place in the future as small mom/pop motels provide better amenities.

Summary: We loved the picturesque views of the river and our bed pillows were very comfortable. There was a cleaning product odor that overpowered the room at first but the room was spotless. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open.

Summary: The resort and cabins were clean and well maintained. When we arrived to check in, there wasn’t anyone there. Finally we reached someone by phone to get access to our lodging. The website said complimentary toiletries, but we only had one small tube of shampoo. No hand soap at all. The WIFI was not reliable and that area has no cell service so it was frustrating. The pool was attractive and clean, but no toilet paper in either men or women’s bathrooms.

Summary: Stayed for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend and loved it. Clean cabins, great condition, amazing staff. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back!!!!!
