Positive: It's simply wonderful. Best location in front of the canal, we had a room with a view to see the sunrise, the mountains and the peace of the water. We had a big room with enough space for our luggage. Comfy and with all the amenities expected. We had a Spa afternoon with massage and jacuzzi, all amazing, great care of details. The concierge supported us with a couple of tour's arrangements and was perfect. 1000% recommended. I want to move and live in the hotel! 😆 Breakfast was abundant and delicious, views amazing and people kind and attentive. Shuttle service to the city and to the airport was perfect as well. Our guides during navigation and the national park were amazing, very knowledgeable, and we loved all the food and snacks we had!

Positive: It’s a nice hotel, rooms are old but clean, very good blankets !!! Good breakfast and nice sauna , have rules in the sauna for kids can’t enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna room, only pool and only for hours 18:00-20:00

Negative: Staff in the restaurant downstairs the girl is not polite, speaks rudely and refused to take the remaining food to the room, although this is the same as room service, there is a person for this, rudeness from the restaurant staff, but the reception and concierge department are wonderful, well done

Positive: Everything was great at this hotel. And I already am thinking about when to come back to visit and stay at this hotel. The staff was so warm and friendly and kind. They patiently answered any questions (I had a bunch), the excursions were good (having your own private boat was amazing, trust me on this, you skip the crazy long line of the public boat). The food at the restaurant was good. The location was AMAZING and the view...my God that view was stunning. I got stuck outside in the storm during an outing and ended up getting sick, the staff gave me lemon, hot water, honey...without charging me. It's not expensive, but the gesture was much appreciated. The pool was very nice with the view on a clear day.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Summary: Best hotel I stayed during my 2 weeks in Argentina.

Positive: loved the location lounges and chill out areas were really lovely staff were very friendly and helpful

Negative: I wasn't impressed that my room didn't have a view of the water....there is nothing stating some rooms are back facing.. whats more it was my special add on 50th bday treat stay after Antarctica- the staff knew and yet no room upgrade was given nor a bottle of bubbles nor a cake even...... I was quite let down considering this is a highly rated resort...they should always go the extra mile!

Negative: We paid a fortune for the hotel which was not refundable. For the price we paid we expected a far better hotel The pizza we had one night was very poor and it was the same price as the wonderful meal we had in the restaurant the night before!
