Positive: The room was clean and nice and the location is perfect to reach the Zaci cenote and also the central square

Negative: We asked to leave the luggages after check out because we had the bus late in the evening but they dont allow to do it…i think this is the service that change the day to people who are travelling with heavy bags and have few Hours to visit the city

Positive: Really liked the staff. Jorge was fantastic and such great knowledge of the city. Location is really perfect. On one side a quieter street to walk into and the main road on the other side more bustle and action to immerse in!
