Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Villa, we had a 2 bedroom with 3 full baths and a kitchen to do cooking if you choose and making refreshing cocktails (Walmart was a short cab ride).The ocean view was very nice and you can’t have better weather. The staff are very friendly especially Nayeli who ensured our drinks were always cold. I want to thank our host Teresa Hastings for her superior service and proactively. Thank you and we look forward to our return.

Summary: honestly, very disappointed in the quality of the room and hotel. After our stay the year before, which was great, we decided to come back to Villa Del Palmar. Our room this year lacked amenities, entry door would not lock, drapes not hanging with hooks, lack of vertical blind in bedroom which made the room very bright for sleep, fridge very noisy, the entire hotel smelled musty, when brought to the attention of Time Share owner, she did nothing. The hotel really didn't try to make things better either, taping brown paper in the window to remove light which didn't adhere due to moisture in the room, musty smelling room.

Summary: Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. The property was also very nice and clean. Staff was incredibly gracious. Would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect to walk the beach to town or take a taxi.

Summary: We did enjoy our stay at Villa Del palmar. Every staff member wore a mask at all times, which was very impressive considering the heat and humidity. The walk along the beach to the marina did take 40 minutes in the hot sun, and the walk to Hard Rock Cafe took 23 minutes. We did not rent a vehicle, so transportation was a bit of an issue. The carpet in the hallways and the latch hook rugs on the walls did hold an odor. We felt very safe at all times at the resort.

Summary: The owner had great communication leading up to the stay, she provides excellent useful information both about the property and the area of Cabo. The room was perfect with a great ocean view. Location is Medando beach an 20 min walk to the Marina. Don't hesitate to book with these folks!
