Positive: The room is massive with a full wall of windows that open. There are electronically controlled blinds on the outside of the windows. It is very clean inside with almost zero signs of poor housekeeping or maintenance. Lighting is pretty good and the room feels bright, but you can make it dim by using fewer lights as well. No card reader required to use lights. Everything is extremely modern and nice. The entrance to the room has a place for coats, shoes, and some other items. The bathroom is spacious, as is the shower area. The shower has a body wash/shampoo combo that is OK but could be better. The kitchen is large, has a dishwasher, and just about all the kitchen tools you need if you want to cook. Even cooking oil is provided. The table and chairs are decent in size and comfort. The TV is large and has a full remote, so you can connect your own device and change the TV input. The TV mount extends and allows the TV to tilt up/down as well. There is an air control panel that allows you control how much air flow the room gets, so you can increase ventilation when using the restroom, for example. The location has decent access to transit and is in a relatively quiet residential area. My room's view was of the neighbouring building, but the views from the building are good. This property participates in the Innsbruck Welcome Card programme, but you need to use their online check in link and fill out your info before arriving so that the property can email you the Welcome Card. Make sure to get this card. Overall, the value is pretty good and you can have a good stay here because it is clean, spacious, comfortable, and provides almost everything you need.

Negative: Check in time of 1600 and checkout time of 1000 are worse than industry standard. The mattress is the softest one I have used in my entire life. I thought I was going to fall through the bed when I first sat down. It provides zero support and it's difficult to move around without sinking. The pillows are also too soft. The bathroom has a sliding glass door that doesn't close in such a way that prevents anyone else from peeking inside. There is no staff and the property uses self check in. While the self check in worked fine for me, it is a bit unsettling that should something go wrong, you are stuck outside the building. The door is not open during daytime hours so you can at least go to the lobby area. Soundproofing isn't the best. Also, the lobby and hallways have tile floors which make a ton of noise when anyone walks or rolls a suitcase on the floor. I wasn't sure if there was housekeeping during one's stay and how to communicate whether you want it or not (such as using a tag on the door handle). The thermostat on the wall seemed to make zero difference in my room temperature. Thankfully, the temperature was OK, but if I set the temperature high, the room didn't warm up, and if I set the temperature low, the room didn't get any cooler.

Summary: Very modern, clean, nice, and cost-effective stay. I almost scored it a 9!
