Positive: What I liked most about the hotel was the staff. I especially remember Bang, Solia, and Manh, who stood out for their kindness, but honestly, all of the staff were extremely friendly. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable, and please keep up your smiles.

Negative: As many other guests have mentioned, the hotel has only recently opened and is still undergoing some construction or renovation. However, this did not affect my stay. There was almost no noise, and aside from the pool, everything was already working well. I believe the hotel will be fully operational in a few weeks.

Negative: Small room. Pictures do not correctly reflect the conditions of the room. If I knew how small and poorly maintained the room was, I would not have booked.

Positive: Good hotel and the main thing is staff are the best!! Very welcoming, served welcome drinks , take care of luggage from car till room!! Staff ratings 10+ Did luggage storage as well very nicely and effective handover from staff during their shift!!

Negative: Staff and hotel is good but rooms are small!!

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at The Loom Hotel. The staff were wonderful, and Grace in particular was so friendly and welcoming! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had a very restful sleep here. The location was perfect, just on the north side of the Old Quarter, so everything was within walking distance. There are tons of great food spots just steps away, and the staff give excellent recommendations if you’re looking for where to eat.
