Positive: The kitchen was fully equipped. The property had dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The hot tub is definitely a plus point and perfect during the cold season.

Negative: Nothing I can think off. Everything was perfect.

Positive: Myself and 3 friends booked this Accommodation as it was My Birthday and we wanted to meet up to catch up...The location for us was fine...it had everything that we needed locally and Colchester for some retail therapy! Accommodation was just perfect, could not fault anything ..such a lovely Accommodation .A welcome pack awaited us upon arrival which was a lovely gesture. There was a hot tub which we were hoping to use but unfortunately the weather being very windy we didn't., ( Hopefully next time!) We Certainly want to book again! We all had a lovely stay..Thank You

Negative: Nothing...everything for us was just perfect ..we loved every minute and didn't want to go home!

Positive: How well equip it was with pans and knives, soap and some dishwashing products. Hot tub was great and James came and helped us when we weren’t sure what to do. The garden is lovely size. The bedrooms were very comfortable and great sizes. It was great for a multigenerational stay. If you have young kids that like tractors then the view is great. The hamper was a nice touch

Negative: There was no alternatives to the nespresso machine like a cafeteria (the property picture shows a ground coffee machine) so we didn’t have a way to make nice coffee in the morning. It could do with more places to dry towels in bedrooms. We didn’t use the lounge much as it didn’t feel very cosy with no blinds/curtains on the patio doors. The driveway stones are hard to walk/drive on as you sink into them.

Negative: Got a bit lost trying to find the property. Used the what3words location in the end. Postcode took us to a farm and there are two pink houses so could have been clearer, but everything else about the property was great.

Positive: Beautiful cottage in a nice picturesque village. All the required amenities and well stocked kitchen with good quality pans and cooking equipment. Everything you would require to make you feel at home. Nice big, well kept garden that Rio, the dog, enjoyed running around. Property was spotless and smelt clean on arrival. Two sets of keys which fit all the doors, so makes it simple when locking and unlocking. No trying different keys before going out. The lounge was lovely too, with bi-fold doors which almost span the whole room, giving a nice breeze when it's hot. There were sun-loungers on the little patio outside the lounge, which was really nicely decorated and furnished. The patio bit is lovely too, with nice views over the farm behind the cottage and a comfortable L shaped outdoor sofa and table. The beds were nice and comfy, at least the one that I slept in, with plenty of storage space for clothing. The bathrooms were clean and had a nice pressure to them. I enjoyed the upstairs bathroom which was almost like a wet room.

Negative: The stay in itself was great. Rather a snagging annoyance. The drawer under the fridge catches on the door when opening the fridge meaning both open when using the fridge. There is a slightly raised plank on the plank on the decking also which could cause someone to trip.
