Summary: Nick is a top fella who made us feel properly at home. He went the extra mile in all things and made our stay super enjoyable. Superb breakfast to boot. Looking to go back when we can. Private parking is a massive bonus.

Summary: Melanie and Nick were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. Off-road parking on site is very convenient and a car charger available if needed. Easy walk into Lynton and short drive to Valley of the rocks. We would stay there again.

Summary: It was all good but there were two things not so good we were put on the top floor with a narrow staircase approaching 80 for us not good, also our bedroom window rattled which kept us awake the first night before we wedged paper between the windows!

Summary: This is a beautiful property in a beautiful village. Comfortable beds, great showers, wonderful breakfast and attentive hosts. All on top of one of the most charming villages in England. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had an excellent stay. Nick greeted us on arrival. Everything that we needed was in our room and Nick was on hand to give recommendations for the area. The stunning Valley of Rocks was pretty much on the doorstep and the shops and restaurants were stone throw away. The cooked breakfast was lovely and it was a nice touch that we had a card and chocolates on our table as it was Easter Sunday.

Summary: Had a very comfortable 2 night stay. Nick and Melanie made us feel welcome - and the cake that was left in the room for us was yummy! Great choice of food for breakfast, which was prepared to an order which was placed the previous evening.

Summary: A wonderful B&B with great hosts. Located within easy walking distance of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Take water powered tram to equally pretty village of Lynmouth. Highway recommend Longmead.
