Positive: The staff was extremely responsive to our needs. I also liked being able to show my son an old style elevator. We only had to go up one floor, but he enjoyed that experience! The room was quiet also, which was nice.
Negative: The door stuck, there was no phone in the room, the radiated heat was way too high, and the windows wouldn't stay open. However, the exceptional staff and the uniqueness of the old building made up for these particular shortcomings.
Summary: I had traveled with my son and our dog to New York to visit with some family before the holidays. We were going to meet
