Positive: Super friendly staff, very helpful. Nice rooms, very clean.

Negative: Location, no air conditioning or lift. Our room was in the roof so it was extremely hot, ordinarily I am sure this isn’t an issue it was just so hot in London on the day we arrived so we decided to move accommodation and didn’t actually stay.

Summary: Super friendly helpful staff, but we didn’t end up staying at the property in the end due to the extremely hot weather.
