Positive: Beautiful location, staff was very friendly and accommodating and food absolutely delicious. We asked the Reception if it were possible to have an early check-in as he had a wedding on the day we have arrived and they made everything possible to give us a different room so we can change before the wedding.

Positive: We read a lot of mixed reviews and were going with an open mind. The hotel was set in a beautiful, quaint town. We had room 8, a junior suite and it exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for us and our daughter and a stunning hot tub style bath in the bathroom. The beds were super comfy and everything very clean. The hotel itself is beautifully set up and we went to the restaurant for our evening meal and it was exceptional. Sarah, in the restaurant gave great wine recommendations and even our daughters meal was a well thought out, delicious meal - not a chicken nugget in sight! We would love to return.

Negative: The room was slightly cold, but considering the minus temperatures outside and the size of the room, this was OK. Under the covers, it was fine. The restaurant was slightly expensive, but you do get what you pay for here, the food was exceptional.
