Positive: Stefano (the host) was very helpful. The apartment was large with everything we needed, and it was good that it came with a parking space. The neighbourhood was cute with a few shops nearby and a decent bakery. It took about 30-40 minutes to walk and bus it to the centre of Florence, which was fine. We would stay here again!

Positive: Stefano’s personalized attention was exceptional. He warmly welcomed us and provided numerous recommendations on where to eat and which places to visit. He was always attentive to any needs or issues we might have. Some days, he even checked in with us to see how we were doing and if everything was working well in the apartment. The apartment has been recently renovated and features brand-new appliances and equipment. It is comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Additionally, the bus to the city center passes just a few meters away.

Negative: We loved everything. Everything worked perfectly.

Positive: A very modern, extremely spacious apartment with great bathroom facilities. Comfortable beds. The apartment block is in a quiet location and offers its own secure parking space. Situated in a pleasant residential district with shops nearby including a Lidl. The host, Stefano, went to great lengths to ensure we located the apartment, as strangers to Florence, arriving at night.

Negative: The reception room is large and elegant but could benefit from curtains for privacy.

Positive: Very modern and big apartment with everything we needed. 2 bathrooms, big balcony. Stefano and Lorella was very helpful with everything. Even fixed a potty for our duaghter, we really appreciated that. Bus right outside the apartment. Best gelato in Firenze ( only 5 minutes away; Mordilatte Gelateria. 👌

Negative: Only one key to get in to the apartment, it would be Great if it was a code instead, or 2 Keys, since we where travelling as a family of 4.

Positive: Spacious and clean rooms. Aircon in every room. Bus stop not even 5min walk away. Between the locals so prices of food and drinks were very low

Negative: Bit weird getting in, but it's easygoing. It is not in the center, but we knew that when booking.
