Positive: Amazing location with immediate access to all that Utrecht has to offer. I especially enjoy the ability to grab food at Soup-er downstairs (owned by the owners of these rooms). The room has some great quality finishes and the room has been recently remodeled with new appliances and bathroom items like the toilet and sink are perfect, high-quality items that fit the aesthetic of the building.

Negative: Older building, so be aware that the stairs are narrow and steep (typical Dutch stairs). Rooms with a King sized bed are actually two small twins that easily slide apart so you end up having to sleep on each side separately.
