Summary: We rented both properties for our daughter's wedding at Mountain Terrace and this house exceed our expectations in every way. There was plenty of room to spread out and get ready surrounded by the most beautiful outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy nature. I highly recommend this house if you are visiting Woodside and I am already dreaming of another visit to enjoy the location and amenities. It's really nice!!

Summary: We have stayed at over 20 VRBO rentals. My wife reads all the reviews & posted information about the house. This is the first time that the VRBO list/info did not match the house. The listing did not state there was another vacation rental right next to the main house (looks like a converted garage). This certainly should be disclosed. The host information did not state it was a management company. This should be disclosed correctly. There was no description or directions provided & it was difficult to find in daytime. If it had been dark, we would never have found it. There is no sign indicating address nor can you see the house from street. Must turn on a dirt road. All other vacation rentals we have stayed at have an info guide with specifics about the house, appliances, or fireplace, etc. This property had NO information at the house. Only information emailed to us was wifi, checkin/out, & key. Picture online shows a full wood holder on the porch. There was no wood for the fireplace. Holder was on the porch empty. Called the property management company and they said we could probably buy some wood at the store. Listing states there is an enclosed yard area for the dog. We found it – but the entire enclosed dog yard had weeds that were knee high. House is listed it can sleep ten people, surprised to find a note on the washing machine stating that you can only wash one load a day. The house has nice gathering spaces, kitchen & coffee bar were well equipped.

Summary: It was a retreat, part business, part relaxation, part fun, and part bonding for my staff who works for my non-profit organization, Performing Stars of Marin. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and being in the woods. And still close to nearby businesses.

Summary: this is one of the most interesting places we've ever. Very charming rustic and modern at the same time. interesting location close to restaurant and beautiful walking trails. Would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay with the family over thanksgiving. The house was very clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. In the redwoods but lots of light around the house. Walking trails walking distance away. We walked to Alice’s for dinner and heard a great band on the deck. We loved the prix fix meal at Mountain House with their fireplaces roaring. 20 min from the beach and even closer to 280. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Loved this 1934 log cabin with upgraded amenities. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Our family of four adults plus 2 extended family members loved the house. It has the charm of a mountain cabin while also being comfortable and spacious in most rooms and having a modern well-equipped kitchen and good wifi. The setting in the tall redwoods is amazing and very peaceful. Communication with the host Andreia was easy, and she always responded very promptly. It’s a rather long and windy drive up hwy 84 but well worth the effort!
