We know this is an uncertain time, and our household is taking coronavirus very seriously. Please know that your stay will be no-contact and we likely will not see you in person, though we are happy to help support you in any way to make sure your stay is a comfortable one. Given the current circumstances and the layout of our home, we're unable to host guests that have been exposed to or suspect they are ill with coronavirus.
The space
Unwind and enjoy the city in our Cozy and Clean Guest Suite!
We're super excited to begin having guests stay at our recently furnished guest space.
We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city!
You’ll enjoy 1 queen bed, a desk/chair, nice clean shower w good pressure and plenty of hot water, walk in closet w luggage rack, and a kitchenette for light meals and snacks.
There are many restaurants and bars nearby, and several bus lines to get you wherever you need to go in Seattle and the greater surrounding area. Plenty of street parking available.

You will enter through the garage and have 2 locking doors to your unit.

Other things to note
The neighborhood and house is mostly quiet. We do live upstairs though, so you may hear some minimal sounds. We have taken soundproofing measures to reduce the sound between units, but you may still hear some muffled noise from your friendly and respectful neighbors. There is also a sound machine in the room, so if you would like to listen to whale or bird sounds, you can knock yourself out with the peaceful sounds of nature. Since this is a new unit, we’re still getting acquainted with the setup. If it’s ever too loud, just txt me and we can accommodate your needs.
