Summary: What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still, the breakfast was very delicious and served to us restaurant style, fresh croissants as well as cold cuts and cheese spreads, jams and yogurts. A wonderful experience.

Summary: We stayed in the economy room and it was quite uncomfortable, the mattress was a nightmare, the bed was very squeaky, the pillows were awful. We woke up both days with back pain. Additionally, the heating was too high so it was too warm for us and we were told it was a central heating so there was nothing we could do. When we opened the window the room got full of mosquitoes.

Summary: This is by far the most comfortable, luxurious and beautiful hotel we have stayed in Europe. We even canceled our next reservation to stay another night. Restaurant is also 5 stars. I love this hotel!!!
