Positive: Host was flexible with entry time which we very much appreciated. There was no oven in the kitchen, but everything else was provided . Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic - very close to the old town.

Negative: There are no negatives about the apartment, but you do have to climb a little hill to get to it.

Positive: I would like to strongly recommend Loft Urban . Apartment in very good location, close to tram and metro station, for this who are walking lovers from 10 to 30 min to center - depends where. Very good equipped ( better then presented on Booking :-) ) . But the most important owner was always available by phone, and ready to help. Perfect place for 2 people.

Positive: The owner is extremely helpful and service oriented. I could leave my luggage (a big box with bike inside) at 11am already which allowed me to see Bilbao. The design and equipment of the apartment is very nice. It’s located right next to the old town which is just perfect to explore the city.
