Positive: It’s a quite nice apartment at a residential area, silent at night, good for resting. I came for a conference at FIL and you can go by bus or by bolt for 6-7€

Negative: We do not understand the accusations of non-compliance with the rules. If there were problems with this accommodation from the very beginning. It was difficult to find it when going there, one address in the booking environment???, another in the sent version???, we took a taxi from the airport, because Google Maps did not find such an address, which already caused us additional expenses. The taxi contacted the hostess at night, who sent the taxi driver the location of the place, and then only understood where to take us. Upon arrival at the accommodation, our request was not fulfilled - each person has their own bed, which we wrote about several times (you can read it in the booking correspondence), and we reminded them of this, the hostess advised us to remove the bed linen from under the bed, the bed was very worn, difficult to open, we opened it a little and through the gap we could pull out the bed linen. This bed was neither damaged nor broken by our hand. Now the landlady wants to lie that we did it and get compensation for it?!!! The small bed - the pouf was used only for sleeping, and everything was fine with this bed. In addition, there was no hot water in the apartment, we reported it to the landlady, she suggested turning the tap to the other side like small children, pretending not to understand what was happening to us, everything must be fine. Only the next evening, having tried everything possible, we realized that the boiler-water heater was turned off, we also informed the landlady about it, and when we left, we turned it off again. There was no WIFI available, we asked for the password, there we also received an answer that everything was written, but it was not, there were several small handwritten notes in different places in the apartment, for example, water the flower, etc., but there was no information about WIFI, it was sent only upon request. The feeling was that we were going in search of where everything was? We have to find it or guess
