Positive: I absolutely loved this apartment. It was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. When I first booked it, I thought it was too good to be true.. I even called booking.com to verify that it was a real listing. Pleased to announce that it's very real, and the pictures match the beauty of the place! Location was very convenient for me as I was attending a conference nearby. 3 min walk to the venue. Supermarket 3 mins away. We cooked too. We had a small problem with the bathroom lock but Susana arranged for it to be fixed immediately. She was responsive and attentive to all our needs, even giving me a baby bathtub for my 8 month old. We would seriously recommend this place, and stay again if ever in Valencia.

Negative: The location is on the ground floor, and the windows cannot be opened. But there is still light that comes through. Didn't bother us much though. Bed was a bit small for 2 adults and a baby but we made it work.

Positive: Excellent host, very helpful. Very clean property with all the neccesary facilities.

Negative: We are quite big people - the bed in the property is the standard size for Spain, 130cm but it was a bit small for us, so we had to ask for the couch to be prepared as a bed. The host was very helpful and prompt and prepared the additional bed within hours of us informing her, though.
