Positive: Very friendly owners, clean and quiet room and beautiful property. Wonderful pool to relax in after a hot day, and the ceiling fan kept us cool at night.

Negative: Loved it all!

Positive: Contacted by telephone on our drive down to inquire if we were okay and on time - a nice touch ! Lovely welcome by staff on arrival , with everything ready for our stay in such wonderful accomodation . Beautiful pool . Breakfast was fantastic and beautifully laid out .

Negative: Got us stumped on this one … nothing !

Summary: We shall be returning next year - why stay anywhere else ?

Positive: We loved it here! Great place, very beautiful, the pool was amazing and clean with a great view. Enough to do and see in the nearby villages to stay here for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and tidy and we had a housekeeper resheet our beds and clean our room each morning, which was unexpectedly nice.

Negative: Only accessable by car (or highly advisable since hitch hiking / public transportation is not worth it) so we had to rent a car in Bologna (didn't think this through). We wanted Aperol Spritz for our time at the pool but the B&B doesn't serve this. Further more, we missed the fact there is not AC in our particular bedroom, resulting in sweaty nights. But don't get me wrong, we really loved it here, although these points might be interesting for you to take into consideration.

Positive: Great hospitality. Me and my friend were walking Via degli dei and they came with a car to pick us up in Monzuno, made a reservation and took us to a restaurant and back. Very appreciated after a long day of walking. Very clean and comfortable, great breakfast!

Positive: Wonderful house decorated with attention to the smallest details. Amazing nature. Lovely and cosy rooms. Super comfy beds. Great breakfast, excellent service. Quiet place to rest. We really enjoyed such a lovely birds chirping in the morning. Pity we were only in transit to Tuscany but we would really like to come back.
