Positive: We were working on the hospital in Bodmin and was easy to get to. We didn't use the pool area as by the time we finished work it had shut, which would have been lovely to use to relax us.

Negative: Later opening on the pool area.

Positive: It was clean and well stocked. Good to have a large freezer but better to have known in advance. Beds were very comfy .

Negative: No local information about where was good to go. There were leaflets but no personal recommendations. Husband found it hard to shave with the sloping mirror. Hard to find fault with anything.

Summary: We had a really good time coming home to comfort every day.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge! It was super clean, really spacious, and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the location was great — close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Negative: The only downside was that ducks left a lot of droppings right outside the lodge, probably because it's so close to their natural habitat by the lake. Next time, we’ll ask for a lodge a bit further from the water.

Negative: Biggest disrespect! Spend 3 nights . House itself was outdated , in need of refurbishing, but overall clean. A lot of smoked cigarettes arround a house outside and ashes . No towels witch looked strange for us . But oh well, it's a small problem. Instructions stated , that before leaving it is needed to clear all rubbishes etc( witch is ok, understandable). Just before leaving, we have taken all rubbishes, washed dishes, cleaned worktops and tables, but for that we are receiving an email( after 3 days) that we have left it in a very bad state so it was needed extra cleaning and safety torches and a a plastic storage box was stolen!! Also we was asked to pay extra £110 for nothing! We could never imagine someone can call as a thieves! Absolute disrespect!
