Positive: No cafe on site but tea and coffee facilities in room. Room spacious, basic and comfortable and quiet, needs a light over sink area. Easy and safe parking, Teslar charging points.

Negative: As the room was suitable for people with disabilities, the system of collecting the room key from House 15 is not satisfactory as one has to negotiate 2 flights of stairs, a key box would solve this problem. When approaching Flimwell Park it looks very 'industrial' but once inside the barrier and in the car park the lodges become visible and look more welcoming - some 'softening' of the environment would attract more passing traffic I think.

Summary: Comfortable, easy to access and value for money.

Positive: Location was very good for us. The room was clean and spacious and works well.

Negative: Biggest disappointment was that Description and Room leaflet still saying Cafe on site for Breakfast and lunch when it has been closed for several months. The swich for second bank of ceiling lights was hidden behind headboard of one of the beds which we had to move to get at it. We would never have found it on our own and had to ask.

Summary: It worked fine for us as somewhere to sleep for a couple of days while visiting nearby attractions

Negative: Cleanliness is becoming poor, toilet was dirty, grouting in shower was dirty. Drinks tea/cofee/hot chololate always have been provided. This time had not been topped up.
