Positive: I ordered the wrong check-in date and paid an incorrect price. The owner refunded me the price difference without any hesitation, despite the fact that the payment was made in cash and I already left the area when we noticed the incorrect check-in date. It took me 7 messages to the consumer support of Booking to clarify the issue, and in the end, they said there was nothing they could do. On the other hand, my communication with the owner over this issue, despite the fact that I do not speak any Spanish, was fast, smooth, and effective. I think an incident like this shows what kind of people the owner really is.
