Positive: Comfortable for me to stay.
Negative: The hotel area quite near to KTV. Start from night time, the area was noisy from that place. Muslim restaurant got only one nearby to the hotel (walking distance)

Positive: The parking was great. It's good for staycation.
Negative: This is for people who are sensitive at night. There are a lot of pubs and you can hear the BPM inside the hotel's room especially the room with windows.
