Positive: There is an office on the first floor which the staff just lie around the entrance to the hotel which makes it seem unsafe. The hotel wasn’t clean to the extent I’m unsure the last time it had a deep clean. An electrician was called to fix lighting who made a mess, this mess was never cleaned up across our stay. Breakfast was poor and limited. Most of the fruit looked gone off. Building was very run down.

Positive: The staff is very friendly and ready to help. They help you with a common area with ac and freshen up facility in case you arrive early or have to stay put after check out for few hours. Excellent breakfast and high tea options which is complimentary. Our room had water clogged in washroom which was a big put off as you need a proper peaceful shower when staying in a humid place like Mumbai. Also we couldn't lock our rooms as lock was damaged....inspite of informing, they weren't able to address it. This should be taken care of before allocating rooms. This is the point which made my stay uncomfortable. Rest all is good.
