Positive: Lovely house, very spacious, served us well.

Negative: Although very comfortable and clean, it was sparse in furniture . One beside cabinet in the 2 bedrooms. There are no tables in the living area. This is only an observation on our part. It did not spoil our stay.

Positive: Big property, shower good, easy to find warm once heating was on.

Negative: Oven trays dirty and left in the oven, no information on Heating or WIFI, towels wet on Radiator only 2 pillows, no bedside tables or lamps in 2nd bedroom, TV not programmed.

Summary: Bit disappointed but only a stay over for 1 night so did the job

Positive: This property was very easy to get to being only 5 mins from the motorway. It was also just a short walk into the town. It was very quiet. We appreciated being allowed an early entry time. Parking was readily available right outside on the street.

Negative: It could do with some homely touches, like a mirror, lamps, somewhere to hang your clothes, ornaments... The TV seemed to be catch-up apps only. It could do with some TLC, like the grass cut, a tidy up outside, broken door fixed. The fudge was a nice touch but some sugar for tea/coffee would have been nice. It was an ok stay but it could easily be made better.

Summary: Great location, basic, value for money.
