Summary: Property was very nice and offered everything we needed. The location is very safe and really quiet - seems to be an area of older more retirement age persons. Communication with the owner was fantastic and we had no issues with the property. Heated pool at no extra charge was a bonus on a few chilly days. Great location to walk down to Fisherman’s Village with nice shops and fabulous food options. Great stay!

Summary: This is a great “stay put” vacation spot, perfect for families content to swim and play in the sun. Walking distance to nice restaurants, shopping, and ice cream. Not super close to a beach or other tourist activities, but Ft. Myers beach is only about a 45 minute drive. The house was comfortable for 3 adults and 2 kids. Troy was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool table and games as well!

Summary: This is the 3rd yr we’ve stayed at this home prior to Christmas. It now feels like our 2nd home. It’s turn key and all you need for the fun of a vacation but the peace of home too. Fishing at your fingertips, close to shopping, sunrise and sunset views from the canal dock. The owner has been awesome. Seeya again!

Summary: The house was very nice location was great. The only issue was check out day. We had a later flight so with check out being at 11 we were going to stay until then but pool and concrete repair started at 730 am so we left by 830 once we got packed. That was the only disappointing thing.

Summary: The home is exactly as listed. We stayed 2wks in Aug with no issues. Internet worked well (important for 2 teenage boys) & we also utilized the boat lift with a rental. The area is quite quiet & found the majority of nearby homes (incl. along the canal) vacant. The pool was comfortable & felt private. I can easily see why many come to the area for a relaxing trip. Any needed supplies were a short drive away.
