Positive: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The lady at the reception was very pleasant. Great place for a break from the motorway while traveling .

Negative: The gate was closed on our arrival, it was raining and we were on our motorbike. We were soaked and couldn't get into the place. Then being a Sunday the restaurant was closed so we had to get out in the rain again to get some food for dinner. Then the storm created a power cut so no light, no tv and no internet. It was nobodys fault but we thought we paid a lot for a small room where we found ourselves confined instead of enjoying the premises.

Positive: Breakfast was very nice. We had dinner at the resturaunt the night we arrived and it was fantastic. The grounds we charming and rural. Very nice.

Negative: The service was great. The only issue for us was the steps up to the en suite bathroom.
