Positive: Exactly what we needed, a very nice and friendly Locanda with excellent food and very comfortable and nice rooms. All staff was very helpful and friendly and special thanks to Mateo who went out of his way to answer questions and make us comfortable. The wine shop of the Locanda is amazing.

Negative: We liked everything :)

Positive: After a long drive, we were welcomed with a beer while we waited for a few minutes for Mateo to arrive with the key to the room. The 'room' was a 3 bed apartment above the restaurant/shop. Very clean, very comfortable and private. Mateo (who speaks English) was so friendly and hospitable. He also invited us to visit his shop over the road. We did, and we're amazed at the selection and display of wines and spirits. A must to visit and have a pre dinner drink. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, reasonably priced and good service. We ended the evening at a free concert that Mateo had told us about that was being held at the castle behind the hotel and then accompanied us to front row seats that he had reserved for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop. Very good value for money Thank you Mateo!

Negative: The noise of the outside A/C motor, that are close to the room. It was very noisy.
