Positive: The property is nice but I wouldn't say luxury. It was unbelievably clean though. The location is quiet and a nice enough view. My daughter loved scootering around the resort. It felt safe and secure.

Negative: I wouldn't say the hosts made us feel particularly welcome. We turned up 6 minutes early and they looked annoyed. We didn't see them again after we got our key. BEWARE of the £250 deposit in the small print. We paid in full and then suddenly a week before got a surprise asking for the large deposit. Betys-y-coed is absolutely packed you can hardly walk down the pavement which I appreciate isnt the hosts fault but I wouldnt recommend the location because of this.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of tips upon our arrival. The location was perfect and it was just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. The Lodge was fairly new, very clean and modern.

Summary: We had an amazing time and will be back in the summer for sure :D

Positive: Absolutely lovely lodge, very close to shops and local attractions. Immaculate and cosy throughout, with lovely additional touches such as bread, milk, welsh cakes, butter, jam included. Host was lovely. We plan on coming back to stay again at some point. Thank you so much.

Positive: Space in the lodge was very comfortable It was spotlessly clean All essentials you need were there for self catering Nice touch with milk, bread, local made jam butter and welsh cakes for us on arrival Excellent details for arrival access and directions Showers nice big head with plenty of hot water Good parking right outside door step

Negative: Would have preferred to be able to check in a little earlier than 4pm. Tv reception not great kept losing signal, but i guess you are not staying there for the tv. So all good.

Summary: Excellent accommodation. Beautiful area.

Positive: Everything. Betws-y-coed is a wonderful village and Lyn Ffynnon Lodge is the absolute best place to stay. Amazing views, great hiking places nearby, everything you could need in an apartment, and more importantly wonderful hosts. Dwynwen is the absolute best!! Ohhh and super fast and reliable internet. We had the best week ever!
