Positive: Lovely accomodation, clean, tidy & comfortable. Host was welcoming & took the time to show us the facilities. There were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, washing up liquid, tea, coffee etc. The rooms were comfortable, I expect it's usually quiet, but we stayed during a storm, so all we could hear was wind & rain. Free on-street parking outside the house.

Negative: We had to wait for the host to arrive with the keys, as she got delayed elsewhere - it could have done with a key lockbox. It wasn't really a problem for us, but as a warning to those with mobility / knee issues; there are a lot of stairs, as the property is on 4 levels; the bathroom is in the basement.
