Positive: Great location close to U-Bahn Goetheplatz, Buses and tram station. About a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz. Many restaurants around but still quiet. Very clean, great, fresh breakfast. Amazing value for money. And an adorable receptionist (owner?), who was very attentive and remembered our coffee choices every day! Absolutely nice hotel, would totally recommend.

Negative: Rooms are on the smaller side and there's no elevator (but the staff will help you carry your luggage up if you need it).

Positive: The place exceeded our expectations. Top location near the station and city center, and very quiet to sleep, which is super rare to find. Rooms are clean, well equipped with everything, beds are comfortable. But, most importantly, the service was amazing! The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and willing to help. You can feel being welcomed and cared. The breakfast was tasty, everything is fresh and good quality. extra point for a nice coffee) we will definitely come back here when in Munich again
