Positive: It's actually great. Clean, comfortable, great view (and I mean REALLY great), heating, hot water in the shower 24/7, secluded, we had a karaoke set waiting for us, which was great fun, workable kitchen and utilities, nice porch, efficient communication with the owner... I only have two complaints.
Negative: 1. Payment was a hassle. Booking.com said I can pay with a credit card, but that is false. I ended up needing to pay in cash, which forced me to spend some time going to the ATM. 2. The smart tv doesn't load any app other than YouTube. Both of these can be easily fixed, I believe the owner will fix these issues.

Positive: Beautiful cottage in Stepantsminda with a lovely view of the town, mountains, and church. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and helpful.

Positive: The facilities were amazing, and you can tell the hosts really pay attention to details. The kitchen had several drawers full of cutlery, forks and knives, and there were even like over ten bottles of dish soap and cleaning supplies. Out the back there's a little bridge over a stream, and out the front you've got snowy mountains. It's also really close to the town. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations by far
