There’s a big shopping mall (Grandview Mall) right next to the hotel with many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was even upgraded to a better room, which was a great surprise! The hotel also offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and even a late-night snack — such great value for money. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. There’s also a gym and laundry room, which is really convenient for longer stays. The room was **extremely dirty** (stained linens, dusty surfaces, and unclean bathrooms), the staff seemed **poorly trained** (unprofessional and unhelpful), and the price was **completely unjustified** for such low standards.
