Positive: We LOVED this hotel. The hotel room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. We even saw camels feeding in the desert next to the hotel in the morning. We used the pool as well and it was refreshing. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and would stay here again.

Positive: Rooms are superb. Spacious bedroom plus a small "lounge" area (with a bath!). Lots of tables, chairs. Big TV. Tea/coffee making facilities. USB charging next to bed. Very warm and friendly staff. Excellent food. The general area (Liwa Oasis) is wonderful. Amazing for the price.

Negative: I had uninteresting view of carpark...get a room on 2nd floor and/or right side of hotel. Netflix didn't work. Not all drinks available. Didn't seem to have option to put extras on room. Some staff really need to improve their English.

Summary: Superb rooms at great price in great location

Positive: The hotel service and facilities were very good. Asif at the front desk was very nice with us from the beginning. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are magical.

Negative: Some parts of the hotel, outside of the hotel like parking or some gardens, look abandoned.
