Positive: Great location. This accommodation is perfect for those who want to get to know most of the bars and restaurants in the center of Malaga. At the same time, it is convenient to quickly walk to the seafront and to the old fortress on the mountain. The accommodation is very spacious, the best thing for children - a lot of space. The layout of the accommodation is very convenient, a lot of light in the windows.

Negative: The apartments are poorly maintained. It feels like they are not looked after. The rooftop veranda was absolutely dirty and not prepared for relaxation. Clouds of dust appeared on the floor after just two days. My wife had to clean and wash the floor several times herself, as cleaning is not provided. This is with such a high price as in a very expensive hotel. In addition, my child met a cockroach in the bathroom. And in the kitchen in the living room we chased termites. Many light switches do not work. The heater on the terrace was on the whole time we were staying and it did not turn off. I immediately warned the check-in staff about this after checking in, but no one came to fix it in 2 weeks.

Positive: It is a stunning apartment with so much space, the attention to detail is excellent, the facilities are more than you would expect. The photos don't do it justice and even the new 3d tour as good as it is on their website still doesn't match with the reality of how amazing the apartment is. All the bedrooms are excellent and large with individual design and touches and individual air conditioning, every bathroom has a full size hairdryer. The location couldn't be better with great views to the back of the cathedral and out to sea past the port. The terrace is excellent both day and night with full kitchen facilities (fridge freezer, huge bbq, glasses, dishes etc and the fourth yes 4th dishwasher so no need to carry anything like that up and down the stairs to the terrace), 2 wall heaters for cooler evenings and an electric canopy. There's even a large utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and other items. The lighting throughout is very well designed with so many options to change the ambiance. Can't rate this place highly and highly recommend it. The staff at the office who showed us around the apartment and looked after the luggage on check out before we left Malaga were excellent and very friendly.

Negative: This is being really picky but it would be nice if their were bathrobes in each bedroom, the towels were not the best quality and probably didn't match the standard of apartment but we're good enough and maybe a nice welcome pack would have been nice but none of these would stop us from recommending highly or staying again.
