Summary: While it was below freezing at home we had a great time sitting by the pool enjoying the sunshine and the view. Property is close to many shopping and dining options and is convenient to Sarasota and the beaches on Ana Maria Island. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay.

Summary: My sisters and I rented this place for a long-overdue family get-together. The home was extremely well stocked with all the expected things and many unexpected things! We had everything we needed and then some. The furniture was super comfortable, everything was updated, all the appliances were new and in great shape, and the showers in each bathroom were dreamy. Easy access to groceries, shopping, gas, etc. Anything you might need is right there. We did not get a chance to use the swim spa/pool, but we did take advantage of the outdoor seating area in the cool on the morning and evening to connect and enjoy the view. Overall great stay, and great communication with the owner. Thanks!
