Summary: This is the best place stay hands down. Great access to beach and this place is beautiful. My wife was so excited that I booked an extra day.

Summary: The resort is conveniently located close to anything you might need that you didn’t bring with you. It’s a very clean, secure and safe facility which I appreciate as a senior traveling alone. The property is somewhat private as no other buildings or homes are within eyesight. We were able to take family photos on the property as the ambiance was perfect for beach/vacation photos. I love having a full kitchen in my room and private boardwalk access to the beach was fabulous. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter lives on the island and I visit from Boerne often and stay in hotels for privacy when I’m visiting multiple nights. I would enjoy staying at Lively Beach more frequently however, the price point would need to be lower to enable frequent stays.

Summary: One of the rooms was really hot. No AC in it. Wasn't very clean but we will be back. Great pool, great amenities, so convenient to get to the beach.

Summary: A list of my pros and cons regarding my weekend stay at Lively Beach. Overall, not worth the $700+ that I paid for 2 days staying in their most basic room. Cons: Ac doesn't work well No real blinds so it's very bright after 6am Floors/bathroom not clean No food on site Noisy neighbors Sand dune made going to/from the beach MISERABLE Check out time is very early Pros: Plenty of parking and it's free Location Free Activities and wine every day Quick and easy check in/out process Beautiful views

Summary: Our recent stay began with some initial challenges. There was a delay in room availability, which we understand was due to staffing limitations. My family and I inquired several times about the status of our room. We were initially informed that there wasn't a specific time for our room to be ready. I continued to check throughout the day to see if we could temporarily move to a different room or utilize a clubhouse, if available, to avoid further travel. We spent some time at the beach, but after a long day of travel, we were eager to settle in. I maintained regular communication with Ashley, who kindly offered us access to the amenities and was consistently courteous throughout the entire process. I had hoped that another room or a clubhouse might become available, but unfortunately, none were. We understand that such situations can occur, and despite our children being quite tired, we made the best of it. A significant factor that improved our experience was Ashley's thoughtful gesture of arranging a complimentary cart for us to use at the beach the following day. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Omar, who assisted us with our cart, and he was equally pleasant and helpful. We hope to stay again soon!

Summary: This is definitely the nicest place to stay on North Beach, but I took 1 star away for a few reasons. The room’s dehumidifier was SUPER loud, like it will wake you up. And the sliding glass door windows don’t have darkening curtains, so even at night it’s a bright in there. The shades roll down over the door which is so odd, so you have to roll the whole thing up just to go to the patio (rather than simply sliding a curtain over a couple feet to slip out). It sounds small but it’s enough to wake up a sleeping partner with the noise and light and just not a thoughtful user experience. I was able to check in early which was nice, but their standard check in is 4 pm which is pretty late compared to other hotels and their checkout is 10am, an hour earlier than most. Overall spacious and nice, the boardwalk to the beach is cool and the pool looked nice as well! Really appreciated their dog friendly policies!
