Summary: Overall our stay was okay and met the needs of our group while visiting the area. We did not address any of these issues with the property management during our stay as they were all minor issues that didn't seem worth escalating at the time. The check-in process was very easy and the home was easy to find. We arrived around 7pm and needed to get our little guy to bed. We quickly noted that several of the doors either stick, don't fully close or are very squeaky when being used. Not ideal when trying to be quiet. The next morning we noticed the floors were quite filthy after seeing several clumps of hair in various corners and then the bottom of our toddlers feet after just 30 minutes of running around and playing. They looked like he had been playing outside barefoot. I ended up purchasing a mop and cleaning the floors because our kiddo played on the floor quite a bit. Several of the spare towels had hair stuck to them so we ended up washing a load of towels to remove the hair. Each of the 4 bedrooms had tvs but one of the tvs didn't work. There was also at least one set of blinds that couldn't be lifted open. The airflow in half the house wasnt great. It did cool down with the use of the AC but it still felt stuffy especially if you closed the bedroom doors. The house was spacious and accommodated 4 adults, a teenager and a toddler. We didn't feel like we were tripping over each other and had plenty of room to hangout. The location was convenient too.
