Positive: From the moment we arrived we felt at home - after private transfer, a nice cold towel, and Polynesian ukulele choir serenade. The staff were absolutely amazing, all remembering our names and taking particular attention to our needs and finer details. Bar and restaurant staff did an amazing job - excellent food and cocktails! Special mention to Illy, Teri, Nocy, Luke, Mere & Jerry, Chef Angele and team. The grounds were immaculately kept. Our beachfront villa had a beautiful tropical view of the Lagoon, was clean and well appointed. We particularly loved the outdoor Polynesian shower and the added touch of our own bicycles and snorkelling gear. A wonderful massage from Mere allowed us to completely relax. Daily activities were a bonus to embrace in the cultural aspects or have some fun like learning kayaking or paddle boarding thanks to Titi & Kay. Reception staff Shannen & Kula very helpful in coordinating restaurant bookings, hire car, tours etc. A credit to manager Jason - his staff are obviously happy in their jobs and that flowed through to the guest experience. Can’t wait to return!

Positive: Loved everything and everyone working at Little Poly, the location is great, not in the busiest part of the island but it’s easy to get to bars and restaurants. Garden view villa was extremely comfortable and clean.
Negative: Only thing missing is an on-site spa, my wife really wanted a couples massage and treatment, it would be beautiful to have one at the resort, but it is easy to get to other spas nearby. Only other thing would be an in-house airport transfer. The transfer company booked via Little Poly didn’t show up for our return flight so had to get a last minute taxi.

Positive: The paid breakfast was outstanding. The one that came with the room we didn't try because it was just coffee, fruit, yogurt.
Negative: A full breakfast with the expensive room should have been provided. I received about 14 email from them asking me the same questions about my flight, etc.

Positive: The staff were amazing ! Very friendly and took great care of us! Best continental breakfast! The view from the room was spectacular!
Negative: Only had one towel for pool and beach - loved to have 2 to keep down on sand , Outdoor shower plants need some cut back, the shower was divine .
