Positive: The location was perfect. Right in town, near the beach and main strip.

Negative: Dates, dirty, and uncomfortable. One of our group paid and was unable to stay because it is within 1000 feet of a school- not mentioned.

Summary: Come stay at the goodwill showroom.

Positive: Living room was nice and cozy

Negative: The hot tub hadn’t been maintained in a long time it was quite gross and cold:/ blankets in closets weren’t clean covered in hair and stains, your view is of a parking lot and you’re right next to someone’s home no view of anything really.

Summary: Decent, i would definitely look for somewhere else to stay if you want to visit Long Beach. Not worth 210$.

Negative: Lots of cob webs ceilings and corners need attention Doors were dirty, need wiped down Moldy Caulking around tub fixtures need scraped and redone
