Positive: Really lovely stay, great value, really friendly couple as hosts. It should be noted they live on the same compound in an adjancent property, but they are very respectful of your privacy and also very helpful, ready to assist with anything. For us it wasn't an issue but nonetheless, it is good to know ahead. The property has anything you may need. Large comfy couch and beds. Really nice caravan with two rooms, one smaller and the other a double room with ensuite toilet, deck area, in a quiet country road. Must have a car to go anywhere and the nearby town of Launceston, which is really nice and friendly. The accomodation is a decent/strategic driving distance to all the Cornish top sights (St. Ives, Titangel etc..). They also own two cute ducks who'll play with you.

Negative: The only small issue was the Wi-Fi. Extremely slow. Although we did not expect high speed in the country, sometimes we could barely load youtube videos and we had to often wait for movies to load. About 0.77 mbps. Not a huge con as we were out and about most of the day, just trying to relax evenings. However, if you plan to work from home it's not suitable. The TV is very small and does not have any smart features. Again not a big issue for us but worth knowing. A small upgrade in these two could make a big difference :) It would also be nice to be able to regulate the thermostat as sometimes it was a bit chilly. The pictures also made it seem that you could use the garden, whereas it is now mostly busy with the duck's pond, so these should be updated.

Summary: Great stay for our cornish holiday! We'd go back

Positive: The location of the property geographically in terms of places we could visit.

Negative: The property itself was NOT as enclosed as we'd been led to believe. Possibly the issue wasn't raised on either side as it was miscommunicated that our children were teenagers. They are actually 2 & 5 with the 5 year old being autistic.. the let is beside an extremely busy road beside someone's house.
