Positive: The cottage was absolutely ideal for us, a family of four with older teenage children. Clean, fresh, light & bright. The kitchen was large & well equipped to easily prepare anything from a spag bol to a full roast dinner. The large sitting /dining room was lovely with large sofas & a large coffee table which suited us for playing boardgames & cards or just watching tv after a day out. The beds were lovely & comfy & there was plenty of storage in both the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The cottage itself is ideally situated, just a few minutes walk from a general store and yet on a farm with sheep walking past the window & rabbits playing in the field! There is also a plethora of fabulous places to visit no more than 30 minutes drive away. It was lovely to sit in the garden of an evening, enjoying its beauty, and relaxing after a day out. A real home from home. The hostess & her mum couldn't have been kinder, really lovely people.

Positive: The host lives in the adjoining cottage and was very friendly. The cottage was absolutely beautiful. It was located on a farm and the whole adorable theme of the cottage was farmyard animal inspired. There was a large beautiful garden with lovely seating area and sun shade. The beds were very comfortable and the house was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable.
Negative: I cannot think of anything that could have been better
Summary: A lovely break in fabulous accommodation. Generous welcome pack included wine, bread and eggs.
