Positive: Excellent location. Close to the main attraction (less than 5 min walk) yet very quiet. Also a good base to go to venture all around the Cotswolds.
Negative: Address of the place could be a bit clearer. When I arrived, the street was ok but for some reason, I thought it was a bit further up the road on the opposite side of the street. (Wasn’t really an issue though). Also, nothing to do with the accommodation - but mobile coverage in the village is a bit patchy.
Summary: Top spot for a solo traveller (or couple).

Positive: Such a cute little place to call home for a few days in the prettiest town in the Cotswolds. Our host Julie was incredibly generous and will take good care of you. Small touches that shows she goes the extra mile and enjoys what she does with warm hospitality. Centrally located within walking distance to everything you need but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists on the bridges. Will definitely be back when we return to the Cotswolds.

Positive: The cottage was spotless and very cosy inside. Perfectly sized for a couples getaway and the location was absolutely brilliant.. the village of Bourton on the water just a stones throw away! The shower was powerful and everything felt brand new. Julie the property manager was so friendly and helpful, she was lovely any time we crossed paths.
Negative: In terms of the lower score on facilities we said a full length mirror would have been very helpful as when someone was in the shower the other person couldn't use the bathroom mirror from the steam etc. We did also find the cottage quite chilly, the heating didn't feel the best in the living room and we did attempt the log fire but couldn't get it working right (our first attempt we've never used one before so maybe our fault!) We did end up having to sit in our fleeces with blankets on the Saturday eve when it was very windy outside. Overall quite minor things and we would definitely love to return one day!

Positive: What a little gem, the property is beautifully fitted out and just a two minute walk to the main part of Bourton on the water. The owners are very friendly and offered advice on places to go. Loved every minute of it, would highly recommend.
Negative: My only negative and it’s a personal choice, the bed was too hard and could do with a topper.

Positive: Amazing property in an ideal location! The cottage was perfect for a couple getaway and so central to Bourton, and a short drive from other places in the Cotswolds too. Highly recommend! Very clean, comfortable and the host was amazing
